Warehouse Team Leader – Luxury Fashion Logistics

You’ll be joining a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced environment, playing a key role in ensuring our high-value fashion items move seamlessly through the warehouse.

This role is based in Erskine Park and runs on the morning 7 am - 3 pm and the afternoon shift from 3:15 pm–11:21 pm, Monday to Friday, with an excellent pay rate of $37.65 - $42.29 per hour.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assigning, monitoring, and assisting warehouse staff with picking, packing, sorting, loading/unloading — all with the quality and care this luxury demands
• Ensuring every order is processed accurately and on time
• Operating counterbalance and high reach forklifts
• Prioritising workloads based on inbound/outbound schedules and KPIs
• Supporting team members with any order or system challenges
• Keeping communication clear and open with the team and client contacts
• Managing customer service queries via email and phone
• Maintaining and updating KPI trackers and admin files
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in warehouse or logistics coordination, preferably with fashion or other high-value goods
• Experience in operating forklifts
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel (think VLOOKUPs, filters, and data entry)
• Confidence with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar logistics software
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Clear, proactive communication and problem-solving mindset
• A collaborative, can-do attitude that fits well within a dynamic team
